4 Months Old!

On Tuesday, emily turned 4 months old. She went to her well-check on Wednesday. Emily weighed in at 16 lbs. 15 oz. and Dr. Kirshner said she is developementally ahead a little bit. He had no concerns. She is doing well. Emily also started cereal Tuesday night. She gagged on the first bite, which I expected, but each bite got better.

Saturday Day Trip!

On Saturday, we went on a day trip to Center Hill Dam. We had a good time going somewhere we have never been. Riley and Daddy sat here on the wall overlooking the dam while I fed Emily in the car. We looked around the state park and camp ground and got back int he car just before the rain hit.

Summer!

This was our first week of summer vacation. No school til August 2nd. We stayed busy after the holiday. Tuesday, we went to the playground after dinner. Wednesday we went swimming. Thursday, Mimi and Papa came to babysit while Momma went to a job interview. Friday, we went to the library for the first time. We borrowed two books and one DVD. After that we went to the bank and car wash.

Memorial Day 2010!

On Monday, Mimi and Papa came over. Chuck grilled hamburgers and Mimi made potato salad. Brownies and Watermelon for dessert. YUM! After a good nap for all of us, we went to the lake to see the ducks. Riley loves reading a book called "Little Quack" so we went to see Little Quack and his siblings, Widdle, Wadlle, Piddle and Puddle.
